Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Thfiv, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Account names must not impersonate others or violate third-party rights.

Competitive integrity

Cheating, match manipulation, exploiting bugs, account boosting, harassment, threats, hate speech and disruptive conduct are prohibited. Tournament rules, eligibility requirements and scoring methods shown for a competition form part of these Terms.

We may investigate gameplay, communications and match data, remove results, adjust rankings, disqualify participants or suspend accounts when needed to protect fair play.

Tournaments, prizes and payments

Some competitions may require an entry fee or offer prizes. The applicable event page will state the rules, refund conditions, prize requirements and any regional restrictions. Winners are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for taxes required by their jurisdiction.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Thfiv a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote and improve the service. You must have the rights necessary to submit your content.

Service availability

We may modify, pause or discontinue features, competitions or integrations. We work to keep Thfiv available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Third-party games and platforms remain subject to their own terms.

Enforcement and termination

You may stop using Thfiv at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security threats, legal requirements or conduct that harms the community. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to request review.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thfiv is provided “as is” without implied warranties. 2555 30th Street LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable law changes. Material updates will be announced in the service before taking effect. Questions may be sent to legal@thfiv.gg.
